- Space
is limited and will be filled strictly on first come
first basis.
- Correspondence
is preferable by e-mail, so write your e mail address
clearly.
- The
dates are tentative and can be changed depending on
various logistic factors.
- Every
attempt is made to run courses as advertised; the MISTC
reserves the right to change the timetable and/or teaching
staff without prior notice and also to cancel without
liability in the event of under subscription (fees will
be fully refunded in this event.)
- Transfer
of dates is freely available if there are vacancies
on the desired course.
- Transfers
within 2 weeks will only proceed where a substitute
participant is available.
- Substitution
of personnel by a participant is possible at any time.

If you do this, you may complete the forms online and
you can pay by a demand draft drawn in favor of “MINIMALLY
INVASIVE SURGERY TRAINING CENTRE” or mail to our
mailing address.
Please make sure to put the demand draft number and date
on the online form.
You have the option to download forms in PDF format if
you wish to print and mail us the form at our mailing
address.
Please include your email address for confirming the course
dates.
Confirmation of your place will be sent to you as soon
as possible following receipt of your booking. Due to
the limited places on each course, booking cannot be confirmed
without payment.
Accommodation
Accommodation
is excluded and should be organized personally.
Guest House accommodation is available at AIIMS. Booking
can be made depending on the availability and on payment
basis. Advance payment has to be sent for confirming the
booking.
